Hidden parts will just show up as black space to the players but you can see everything whether it be hidden or revealed. Roll20 has a feature called 'Fog of War' where you can easily hide/reveal parts of the map when you as the DM wish to do so. Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk
